Matt Cole, M.Sc. (Kin), CSCS

Matt Cole

Matt Cole earned a Master of Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Victoria following his completion of a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) at the University of British Columbia.  He is a practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Matt operated his own personal training  business in the greater Vancouver area for 10 years, before relocating to the Okanagan in 2013.  His clients have ranged from individuals with orthopedic injuries and those suffering from chronic disease to fit weekend warriors and competitive athletes.  Since arriving in the Okanagan, Matt has continued to design and implement active rehabilitation programs and graduated return to work plans as well as preform Functional Capacity Evaluations and other occupational rehabilitation related assessments.  In his free time Matt enjoys working on creative writing projects, following his own strength and conditioning regime, and competing in IPSC competitions.
